The Sedgwick MethodTM is founded on twenty plus years of healing arts experience in holistic systems of the mind, body and energetic field or life force energy.

COACHING MIND; a term used in the Sedgwick MethodTM.

What is it? 

a.   Coaching the conscious mind to experience the present moment and authentically experience feelings, thoughts and physical sensations with no attachment to the past or future. Learn how to observe indifferently and to discern the choices available, identifying the choice that does not entail suffering.

b.   Coach the mind so that it can be in a place of observation of the choices available. Before reacting or defending coach the mind to observe the conscious and unconscious thoughts that form opinions in a variety of situations.
